Terms of Engagement & Disclaimer
This is the agreement between you and Lillian Fellmann for a Sovereign Sight™ Reading. It is confirmed when you submit an application, and again before we meet.
1. What is being engaged
A Sovereign Sight™ Reading is a perceptive reading of a situation, delivered by Lillian Fellmann. It is offered alongside your own analysis, advisors and expertise — never instead of them.
2. What I deliver
I deliver what I see: neutrally, with no outcome in mind, and without reading towards a result you may hope for. I do not decide for you, and I do not solve your problem. Every decision and action remains entirely yours.
3. No guarantee
No specific outcome, benefit, accuracy or result is promised or guaranteed. You accept full responsibility for any decision you take following a Reading.
4. Not regulated advice
I am not a doctor, psychotherapist, lawyer, tax adviser, accountant or licensed financial adviser, and nothing in a Reading constitutes medical, psychological, legal, tax, financial or other regulated professional advice. Continue to consult qualified professionals in those domains. In case of a medical or psychological emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services.
5. Application, fee and scheduling
Sending an application is a request to purchase services. Once I have worked through your situation, you receive a cost estimate. When you accept, an invoice is issued. The Reading is scheduled only after the invoice is paid in full. Where urgency requires me to reschedule other clients, a priority surcharge applies and is stated in the estimate before you commit.
6. Cancellation
Fees are non-refundable once a Reading has taken place. A scheduled Reading may be moved once, at no cost, with at least 48 hours' notice.
7. Confidentiality
What is brought to me stays with me. Your material is held in strict confidence and is not shared, published or used as an example without your written permission.
8. Capacity
You confirm that you are of legal age and entering this engagement on your own behalf, or that you are authorised to do so for the organisation you represent.
9. Governing law
This engagement is governed by Swiss law, with place of jurisdiction in Switzerland.
By submitting an application you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. Your acceptance is recorded with your application, and confirmed once more before the Reading begins.
