Disclosure Agreement & Disclaimer
Between Lillian Fellmann, Institute for Invisible Intelligence™ (Switzerland), and the person or organisation named below. Signed before a Sovereign Sight™ Reading takes place. Both parties may print a copy.
1. Nature of the engagement
A Sovereign Sight™ Reading is a perceptive reading of a situation, delivered by Lillian Fellmann. It is offered alongside your own analysis, advisors and expertise — never instead of them.
2. What is delivered
I deliver what I see: neutrally, with no outcome in mind, and without reading towards a result you may hope for. I do not decide for you and I do not solve your problem. Every decision and action arising from a Reading remains entirely yours.
3. No guarantee
No specific outcome, result, benefit or accuracy is promised or guaranteed. You accept full responsibility for any decision you take following a Reading.
4. Not regulated professional advice
Lillian Fellmann is not a doctor, psychotherapist, lawyer, tax adviser, accountant or licensed financial adviser. Nothing in a Reading constitutes medical, psychological, legal, tax, financial or other regulated advice. Continue to consult qualified professionals in those fields. In a medical or psychological emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services.
5. Fees, invoice and scheduling
An application is a request to purchase services. After the situation has been worked through, a cost estimate is issued. On acceptance, an invoice follows, and the Reading is scheduled once the invoice is paid in full. Where urgency requires other clients to be rescheduled, a priority surcharge applies and is stated in the estimate before you commit. Fees are non-refundable once a Reading has taken place.
6. Disclosure and confidentiality
What is disclosed to me stays with me. Your material is held in strict confidence and is not shared, published or used as an example without your written permission. You in turn agree to treat the content of the Reading as confidential between the parties.
7. Capacity and governing law
You confirm that you are of legal age and are entering this agreement on your own behalf, or that you are authorised to do so for the organisation you represent. This agreement is governed by Swiss law, with place of jurisdiction in Switzerland.
